Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services.
• Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading
• existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and
• directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring
• completion of the project (i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints).
• We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional
• collaboration for Adobe Fonts & Type. In this role, you will partner with engineering,
• product, and cross-functional teams to drive high-priority initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure
• successful product launches. You will also play a key role in shaping operational frameworks,
• enhancing collaboration and driving efficiency across the Adobe Fonts & Type organization.

Manage the Adobe Fonts & Type Deliverables

• Define and prioritize quarterly roadmaps and initiatives aligned with business objectives and goals and achievements.
• Assess and measure initiative impact, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Define and maintain operating models that align with existing processes for cross-functional efficiency.

Process Innovation & Improvement

• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Drive process adoption by capturing feedback, rolling out changes, and iterating for optimization.
• Develop scalable, standardized best practices to improve cross-functional operations.

Program Execution & Delivery

• Lead all aspects of execution of high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Drive and oversee all aspects from end to end for critical product and marketing launches
• Maintain project schedules and drive alignment with partner teams.
• Facilitate transparent communication among teams, keeping executives and collaborators updated, maintaining current documentation (leadership reviews, dashboards, PRDs, design specs, JIRA, etc.).

Teamwork & Partnership

• Align and coordinate with cross-functional organizations to ensure successful releases.
• Work closely with Engineering, product, design and marketing partners.
• Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to maintain alignment and ensure success..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree and/or an advanced degree in a related field or equivalent. 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills to optimally run multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously, especially when priorities shift rapidly.
• Ability to recognize ambiguity and align on a decision-making framework, drive conversations to bring clarity and enable decisions to be made in a timely manner.
• Ability to build strong positive relationships across organizational boundaries and bringing to bear those relationships to exert influence for a positive outcome. Skills: persuasion, empathy, persistence and adaptability.
• Ability to build or improve frameworks, standards, processes as needed to help teams implement effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand facts and aid in unbiased, informed decision making. Understanding the bigger context and presenting the data to various levels of the organization.

Compensation:

• $88.98 per hour.
