Team Leader - Mortgage

Role: Team Leader Rate: £255 per day Location: Fully Remote Start: April Duration: 3 months This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our clients. Role And Responsibilities We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to support our client on a 3-month contract. Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of a small team
• Monitoring performance and supporting team development
• Producing and analysing MI reports
• Ensuring processes are followed and service standards are maintained

Essential

• Previous experience as a Team Leader within Financial Services
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Mortgage industry experience (preferred but not essential)
