The Senior Global Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and driving data analysis efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
This role involves synthesizing complex data, assessing potential risks, and providing actionable recommendations.
The Senior Global Analyst will lead sophisticated analytical projects, deliver product insights, and provide recommendations to support growth strategies.
This individual will also focus on providing reporting on key operational and strategic dashboard metrics across all business units and driving continuous improvements to enhance the consumer experience and build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:• Data Analysis & Insights:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, potential product issues, and opportunities for improvement across all business units.
Provide in-depth evaluations of complex situations or datasets, considering multiple factors to deliver actionable insights.
Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to respond to emerging business needs.
• Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with Post Market Surveillance (PMS) teams and leadership to validate trends, assess risks, and finalize recommendations for broader dissemination.
Effectively compile and communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing.
• Process Improvement & Compliance:
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives with a focus on complex and high-impact scopes, ensuring data integrity and resolving issues as they arise.
Develop, document, and share global best practices for analytics reporting in collaboration with global partners.
• Technical Expertise:
Act as the subject matter expert for all data sources, calculations, and assumptions, providing clarity and accuracy in analytics.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of drug, device, cosmetic, or consumer products preferred.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
Advanced expertise in MS Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data models), Power BI, and other analytics tools.
