We’re recruiting on behalf of an exceptional full-service agency with a dynamic approach to digital and performance marketing. They’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Paid Media Manager to join their team, bringing expertise on both Meta and Google platforms to the table. This agency works with clients across industries, with a particular focus on fashion and retail brands. What You’ll Do:

As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing impactful paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll collaborate with creative, accounts, and strategy teams to develop compelling, data-backed strategies that align with client goals. This is a role where your passion for paid media, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique needs of fashion or retail brands, will drive success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement paid media campaigns on Meta and Google, ensuring they’re optimized for peak performance.
  • Advanced Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns continuously to ensure optimal results that align with KPIs (ROI, CPA, CTR).
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and implement advanced targeting strategies to maximize reach to high-value audiences.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Dive into campaign metrics and deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Ensure efficient budget utilization for each campaign, driving maximum value within client budgets.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular performance updates to clients with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure smooth, cohesive campaign execution.
  • Industry Insights: Stay on top of trends and platform updates in the paid media space, with a particular focus on the fashion and retail sectors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with fashion or retail brands is a big plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven skills in campaign management and optimization on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and turn insights into impactful strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in preparing client-facing reports and presentations.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly regarded.
