HR Support Officer - Australia Only (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an HR Support Officer, available only to candidates residing in Australia. In this entry-level position, you will assist the HR department with administrative tasks, support the implementation of HR policies, facilitate communication between employees and management, help with the creation and management of job descriptions, and provide general support for employee-related processes and relations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Skills in Employee Relations and the ability to assist in resolving workplace issues
• Experience or aptitude in Job Description Development and related administrative support
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• A relevant qualification, certification, or coursework in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
