We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our client—a leader in the tech industry—with their change management processes. The ideal candidate will review and triage incoming change requests, perform governance checks, gather feedback for process improvements, and manage project progress across multiple requests
Experience with data analysis, prioritization, and continuous process improvement is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time, 6-month contract position, requiring 40 hours per week. There is potential for contract extension. The role is fully remote within Ireland.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities, perform triage of incoming requests, vet requests as per the VCM (CW Change Management) process.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects, communicate and launch change requests, execute change requests for final delivery.
• Confer with management, production and staff to discuss project specifications and procedures, support data analysis for leadership reporting
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates, escalate urgent, high priority requests to senior POC.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications, support in continuous process improvements with a focus on automation
Skills:
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Process Optimization, Supply Chain Logistics or Operations Management
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
