Role Description The Business Intelligence Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and validating data from multiple sources, building data models, and developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools. The analyst collaborates with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and recommend data-driven solutions. This role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends and anomalies, and presenting findings in clear, concise formats to technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
- Proficiency in data modeling and designing efficient data structures to support reporting and analysis.
- Experience creating dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate key metrics and insights.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and platforms used for reporting and analytics.
- Background in business analysis, including gathering requirements and translating them into data solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases; experience with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
