Who We’re Looking For:We need a fearless, well-connected, and strategic Sales Manager to lead the charge in Europe. If you thrive on building brands, breaking into new markets, and creating unforgettable drinking experiences, this is your calling.
Your Mission:
- Expand the Empire: Find, onboard, and manage importers, distributors, and wholesalers across Europe.
- Ignite Sales Growth: Drive volume, push boundaries, and make El Supremo the rum of choice in premium bars, retail, and e-commerce.
- Create Market Disruption: Build relationships, craft winning sales strategies, and ensure El Supremo stands out in a sea of ordinary.
- Shape the Experience: Partner with marketing teams to launch activations, tastings, and brand experiences that leave a lasting impact.
- Lead the Charge: Represent El Supremo at trade shows, festivals, and industry events—be the face of a movement.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Analyze trends, track sales, and refine strategies to keep us ahead of the competition.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A killer network in the alcohol/spirits industry—importers, distributors, wholesalers, bar owners, and decision-makers.
- A track record of success in sales, business development, or distribution (preferably in spirits or luxury FMCG).
- A relentless drive to win—this isn’t a desk job, it’s a battlefield.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a huge plus).
- A deep love for premium spirits—you don’t just sell it, you live it.
- A willingness to travel Europe, meet partners, and close deals with a glass in hand.
