Payroll Officer / Accounts Payable Officer / Finance Administrator

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Officer / Accounts Payable Officer / Finance Administrator. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculation of wages and benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs in line with applicable regulations. The position also includes handling accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, verifying documentation, reconciling supplier statements, and preparing payment runs. The Finance Administrator will support daily finance operations, maintain accurate records, assist with month-end closing activities, and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and payroll. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Payroll Administration, with experience in Payroll Services and Payroll Taxes, including accurate calculations and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Solid Finance skills, including basic accounting principles, accounts payable processing, and reconciliation capabilities.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with accounting and payroll software, as well as MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience in an accounting, payroll, or finance administration role is preferred; relevant vocational training or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
