Are you a research operations expert who thrives on fixing inefficiencies and creating clarity? A growing insights consultancy is looking for an Interim Research Director to lead on research effectiveness, drive operational excellence, and guide a high-performing team through a crucial 8-month period.

What you’ll be doing

🔹 Own and lead the development of standardised research methods and playbooks

🔹 Improve workflows from quant setup to delivery

🔹 Coach researchers across all levels and help embed best practice

🔹 Provide expert oversight on complex segmentations and tracking projects

🔹 Act as escalation support for senior leads without being in the day-to-day

About you

✔️ 10+ years in market research with mixed methods experience

✔️ Skilled in segmentation, brand tracking and operational design

✔️ Calm, confident, collaborative and not afraid to roll your sleeves up

This is an ideal role for someone who’s part strategist, part fixer, and passionate about making research more usable and scalable.
