We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning legal technology and professional services solutions with law firms and other professional services organizations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional who has experience selling complex solutions, building long-term client relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across the U.S. market.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, industry events, and business development activities.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing customers, and key decision-makers within law firms and professional services organizations.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand business challenges and recommend solutions that align with client objectives.
- Partner with internal solution consultants, delivery teams, and leadership to develop customized proposals and support client presentations and demonstrations.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, webinars, and industry events to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives, sales campaigns, and market feedback.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative solution selling.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience selling professional services, enterprise software, legal technology, IT services, or other consultative solutions.
- Experience selling to law firms, legal departments, or professional services organizations is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working within a law firm environment is an advantage.
- Strong experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with strong business acumen and ownership of sales pipeline and revenue targets.
- Demonstrated career stability with a consistent record of sales performance and professional growth.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM and sales pipeline management tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
