Duties include arranging transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for families, couples and individual travelers. Agents may also specialize by type of travel, such as leisure or business, or by destination. They will also promote travel packages on behalf of cruise lines, resorts, and specialty travel groups. Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Attend webinar training is a must for future travels
• Must have a computer or a cellphone
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
