Job Description
The company I am recruiting for are a global, SAP Gold, HR Consulting partner that are looking to grow their sales team in Germany by hiring 2 (Senior) Sales/Business Development Manager focusing on growing their foothold within the German market in SAP HR Solutions
In this role, you will support existing customer inquiries from the German market together with our sales and technical teams – from the initial inquiry through technical clarification and quotation preparation to commissioning and acceptance.
You will understand customer requirements in detail, coordinate internally between sales, development, and project management, and ensure that the solutions can be implemented optimally. At the same time, you monitor the market: you keep an eye on German standards, regulatory requirements and industry/technology trends, and provide important input to product management and the business unit.
With your technical understanding, customer focus and market knowledge, you will provide expert knowledge representing this company within Germany and make them successful
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- You will develop strategies and business plans around SAP HCM and HR Cloud solutions for opening up new markets, business areas, products and services.
- You will regularly analyze market and company data, identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide concrete recommendations for action.
- You will identify and acquire new customers and partners for long-term business relationships.
- You will Independently manage strategic projects including reporting and management presentations.
- You will identify best practices and potential for improving our market position.
- You will monitor market developments and report systematically to the Sales Management Office
- You will develop new markets by supporting the further development of HR Solutions in Germany and assisting with market entry into other European/Global markets with new investment.
- Working and liaising with Onshore/Offshore/Nearshore teams
- Troubleshooting and keeping an eye on continuing operations
