  • Act as a point of reference within your area of expertise, sharing knowledge, mentoring newer colleagues, and supporting capability development.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, helping them maximise the value of their Workday investment.
  • Maintain strong internal relationships across the cloud optimisation and functional consulting teams.
  • Stay up to date with HR technology trends and bring fresh, innovative insights to client engagements.
  • Follow established methodologies and contribute to overall practice performance by delivering consistently high-quality work across multiple client engagements.

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certified in Workday Time Tracking (Absence certification preferred, but not essential).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Workday Time Tracking in a post-go-live environment.
  • Strong analytical and functional skills, with hands-on configuration experience.
  • Previous exposure to HR system enhancements and maintenance activities.
  • Consulting experience in HR processes is advantageous.
  • Confident presenter with strong facilitation skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Experience handling multiple concurrent clients is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in virtual and geographically distributed teams.
  • High integrity, strong self-management, and proactive work habits.
