• Fluency in English is a must since we actively use it in our day-to-day work, including retrospectives and client demos.
• Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and resource management skills.
• Ability to think about all edge cases, not only happy paths.
• Strong collaboration skills, working well with stakeholders, and the ability to motivate teams effectively.
• Experience with JIRA and its workflows.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proven Agile experience, including hands-on involvement in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and driving successful project outcomes.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work closely with clients, guiding them through story mapping, scrum ceremonies and sprint goal setting to ensure project alignment and success.
