Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Senior Sales role focused on driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, maintaining existing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to propose tailor-made solutions. The Senior Sales professional will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, providing market insights, and delivering client presentations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance, and quality assurance practices
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience working with global teams or international markets is an advantage
