We're looking for a TechOne Finance Consultant to join my clients team and focus on client support.

What you'll be doing…

A TechnologyOne finance consultant specialises in implementing and optimizing TechnologyOne's SaaS ERP software, particularly its Financials module, within organisations.

You will help clients leverage the software for real-time financial insights, automate processes, and integrate financial data for better decision-making.

My clients offer expertise across various sectors, including government, education, and healthcare, providing services such as implementation, configuration, and process improvement to enhance financial management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Software Implementation:

Installing and configuring TechnologyOne's financial modules to meet specific organisational needs.

TechOne Enterprise Budgeting experience is absolutely essential.

Process Optimization:

Streamlining financial workflows, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and budgeting, to improve efficiency.

Data Integration & Reporting:

Connecting the Financials system with other organizational systems to provide comprehensive, real-time financial data and analytics.

User Training & Support:

Empowering staff with self-service capabilities and providing ongoing support to maximize software adoption.

Business Analysis:

Analyzing financial performance and providing insights to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

System Management:

Overseeing core system functions like security, user management, and business process automation within the TechnologyOne platform.

Partnership Approach:

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions to transform business operations.

Focus on Simplification:

Your aim is to reduce complexity and automate manual processes, making finance operations simpler and more efficient.
