Your Contributions

As an Event Coordinator at FinEvents, you’ll play a vital support role across our international events portfolio. Working closely with our Event Managers and Global Head of Events, you’ll help bring high-impact events to life with precision and care.

  • Support the end-to-end coordination of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across our key markets (London, Paris, New York, Toronto)
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of event budgets, supplier quotes, and invoice processing
  • Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring internal teams and clients are informed on key milestones
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue research, supplier communication, catering, A/V, production, guest lists, and gifting
  • Liaise with the Event Tech team for registration updates, reporting, website edits, and attendee communications
  • Prepare key event documents such as running order, run of show, agenda, report, execution plan.
  • Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, guest liaison, and supplier coordination (travel required)
  • Maintain internal databases on venues, suppliers, and logistics partners
  • Provide administrative and scheduling support for team and client calls
  • Assist with post-event reporting and debriefs
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Event Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great experiences.

  • 1-3 years of previous experience supporting live events, conferences, or corporate hospitality (agency or in-house)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in an international, bilingual (French native level/English) team environment
  • Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Cvent or other event platforms is a plus
  • Flexible and calm under pressure, with a practical, problem-solving mindset
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and high attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or on-site delivery
  • A genuine interest in events and desire to grow within the industry
  • This is a remote position; however, you are expected to reside in and remain within the London area to support our events.
