Role Description

The Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing efforts, and driving business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing market plans, leading sales initiatives, and promoting the company's services. The Director will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Market Planning and Marketing Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and Marketing
• Sales skills and experience
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with community management tools and CRM platforms
• A creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice
• Strong understanding of each platform’s strengths, nuances, and audiences
