Senior Leadership Role in Sales and Business Development
Location: Princeton, NJ (Remote, with flexibility for business travel)
Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentJob Description:
Freyr Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Leadership professional to join our Sales and Business Development team. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the life sciences industry, focusing on large-scale outsourcing and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage full sales cycles, close deals, and develop long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and close new business opportunities, specifically in outsourcing/managed services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through contract execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Freyr’s services with their needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guide the sales process.
- Lead Go-to-Market strategies and manage client-focused initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the life sciences industry.
- Proven track record in closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and meeting revenue targets.
- Expertise in selling large-scale outsourcing or managed services.
- Strong ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
