As one of ten Jobs and Skills Councils established by the Australian Government, we’re helping reshape how vocational education delivers the skills Australia needs most.
We’re now looking for two Project Officer’s – Digital to join our collaborative and purpose-led team.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a vital role in supporting our digital projects—helping us stay on track and on mission. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll contribute to planning, procurement, reporting, documentation, risk identification, and stakeholder engagement.
In this hands-on coordination role, you’ll:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Help plan, schedule and track activities
- Spot risks early and suggest improvements
- Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Comfort with tech tools like Asana, Hubspot, or AI-enabled platforms like Co-Pilot (a plus!)
Even better
- Experience in the finance, tech, business, or VET sectors
- Exposure to government-funded programs or working with underrepresented groups
- A passion for contributing to national reform with real impact
