Research Analyst - Systematic Alpha Research

FVN Research is building a selective public markets research team.

We are an independent research initiative focused on structured investment analysis, market research, and quantitative research workflows. The next step is building the research foundation: disciplined analysis, alpha generation, backtesting, and high-quality research outputs across public markets.

Research Analysts at FVN work across fundamental investment research, macro and sector analysis, quantitative signal research, backtesting, investment memos, deal insights, and publication-ready research outputs. The work is serious, output-driven, and built around clear thinking.

We are looking for motivated students and early-career profiles, preferably from finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related fields. Python, Excel, valuation, statistics, backtesting, investment writing, or data analysis experience is a strong plus, but reliability, intellectual honesty, initiative, and genuine interest in public markets matter most.

We are building a smaller, committed research team with a clear standard.
