The Role
The Delivery Manager is responsible for the timely delivery of sustainability data for multiple clients in a compliant and audit ready manner ensuring that client needs are continuously met.
The individual will own day to day management and oversight of the data preparation flows, and controls to ensure all work product is completed in an audit ready manner while meeting the client’s needs. As a key member of the Data Operations Team the Delivery Manager will balance the need to meet immediate client needs and delivery timelines with innovation and evolving GLYNT’s offerings.
Primary responsibilities will be to manage multiple client facing projects in parallel through the efficient management and utilization of both the Data Operations staff resources and tools within the GLYNT platform. Candidates must have a proven track record in the ability to understand the needs and expectations of clients by adhering to project plans and processes to support the successful outcome of each initiative.
The Delivery Manager must collaborate with other functional groups and teams across GLYNT in order to drive continuous improvement in our systems and processes while ensuring smooth delivery of current data services. Innovation, continuous learning and experimenting is a key aspect to the role and the company at large.
The candidate must be comfortable in all aspects of data analysis and data prep; including the ability to develop and enforce strict compliance and auditable controls around the various workflows. The individual will regularly interact with clients; communication and organizational skills are paramount particularly in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the pipeline of client implementations and delivery projects; provide regular reporting to internal teams and clients.
- Partner directly with senior leadership and Program Managers within GLYNT.AI to manage the onboarding and committed project timelines.
- Consult with new and existing clients about their sustainability reporting needs in order to match the most applicable data solution to the client's requirements
- Collaborate with internal partners from the Sales and Program Management teams to drive the Discovery process in order to ensure a smooth onboarding and early identification of any gaps or challenges that could jeopardize the expected timelines and delivery.
- Provide consistent and actionable feedback to GLYNT’s Engineering and Product teams to further expand and enhance GLYNT’s platform and its capabilities.
- Use data and metrics (KPIs, OKRs, capacity plans, etc) to track performance and drive accountability.
- Problem-solve data issues in real time, individually or with the team.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across functions.
What are we looking for?
- We’re seeking a delivery leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings deep client empathy, and can scale repeatable excellence across complex projects. You’ll be equally comfortable with data prep, process design, and team coordination - able to both dive deep and lead from above.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in parallel.
- Experience with sustainability, utility, or ESG data is highly desirable.
- Data fluency: Able to work with and interpret large datasets and draw insights for clients.
- Expert-level Excel and familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Understanding of process mapping and business process optimization using Visio, Lucid, or similar.
- Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, ML/NLP, OCR/ICR, regex, scripting languages such Python) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with delivery frameworks (e.g. Kanban, JIRA, capacity planning) and metrics-driven management and reporting.
