The Senior Financial Specialist will oversee financial planning and budgeting cycles, prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, and support strategic decision-making for the food production business. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights to leadership. The role will also involve managing cash flow forecasts, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. In addition, the Senior Financial Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and support long-term financial sustainability. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Proven Analytical Skills with experience in Financial Reporting, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or similar tools); experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
• Relevant experience in a senior or advanced financial role; experience in manufacturing or food production is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
