Gunia Consulting is a Swiss boutique recruitment firm focused on retained search and embedded recruiting across finance, tech, healthcare, and industry.
We work directly with founders, executives, and investors on critical hires and team builds.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant (360°) to help develop client relationships and run recruitment projects end-to-end. But what we are truly looking for is an entrepreneur.
This is a commercial and delivery role in a partnership model. You will work directly with the founder and have significant autonomy in building your market, pipeline and managing searches.
Responsibilities:Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients (founders, executives, HR leaders)
- Build relationships with companies that require recruiting support
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential mandates
- Run discovery conversations and identify hiring needs
- Prepare and follow up on recruiting proposals
Client Management
- Manage active recruiting mandates with clients
- Define search strategy and target profiles
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders
- Ensure structured updates and transparent processes
- Build long-term client relationships
Candidate Search & Outreach
- Identify and approach candidates via LinkedIn and targeted research
- Build candidate pipelines for ongoing and future searches
- Conduct screening calls and assess candidate fit
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process
Pipeline & Process Management
- Maintain clean and structured pipelines in the ATS
- Document candidate and client interactions
- Keep search processes organized and transparent
- Track progress across multiple search mandates
Market Development
- Identify trends and hiring activity in your target market
- Build networks with candidates and industry professionals
- Actively represent Gunia Consulting in candidate and client conversations
- Contribute insights about hiring markets and talent movement
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset and comfort with business development
- Confidence in candidate outreach and direct conversations
- An entrepreneurial mindset. This is truly key
- Structured working style and ability to manage multiple searches
- Professional English required
- German or other European languages are a plus but not required
