You will enter the business on the prestigious graduate program, which will involve mentoring and support programs within the Group. The starting salary will be €32,000, and will rise to €33,000 after 6 months.
Medium term (months 6-24):
The successful candidate will be fully supported in the pursuit of any major accounting or audit qualification (your choice, but most likely ACCA, CIMA, or CIA). As part of this, you will be fully supported to gain your chosen qualification, including:
- your study materials, & education (enrolment, membership, exams courses, etc.) will be paid for;
- you will be given days off & study leave (day of, and day before each exam off) for each of the exams you take;
- and for every exam that you pass, you will be given a pay rise of €500 per exam (up to a maximum of €7,500).
Medium to long term (24 months and beyond):
Due to the autonomy and senior level exposure of this position, the successful candidate will be lined up a role in the business, typically within circa 2 years, normally in finance (or a more senior role within internal audit, if desired) or the core operations in a part of the Group’s network. This could be internationally, if desired too. At this stage, salaries start at €40,000, but will likely be more.
Who are we looking for?
We are purely recruiting on personality and potential - therefore NO PRIOR INTERNAL AUDIT, FINANCE OR ACCOUNTANCY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. That said is is likely that the successful candidate will have some relevant education in finance, accounting, business, etc.; or an internship, etc.
