• The project will involve you working with our client to benchmark the performance of various different coding agents across a series of open-ended software engineering tasks in well-known, well documented python repos.
• You'll be working with common Python source repositories
• You will be evaluating the performance of the coding agent you're using across a pre-defined criteria
• This project pays $70-$150/hr.

The project will kick off immediately and will be ongoing for 2 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The initial project will require 15-20hr/week of time commitment, but should it be extended, the time commitment required will be more flexible We consider all qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics and provide reasonable accommodations upon request. Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
