Senior HR Project Lead

A globally renowned international organisation operating across multiple regions is seeking an experienced Senior HR Project Lead to support the delivery of several critical people projects during a period of transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex, fast-paced business with a truly global workforce and make a significant impact on key HR initiatives.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic HR projects across multiple countries, time zones and cultures. You will be responsible for driving outcomes, influencing stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timescales.
Projects currently include:
- Job architecture and organisational design initiatives
- Compensation and benefits review programmes
- HR data cleansing and improvement activities
- Global HR policy development and implementation
- Supporting wider HR transformation and change programmes
Whilst much of this role can be undertaken remotely, attendance will be required on site regularly at the Liverpool base and, therefore, the client will only consider applications from individuals who live within a reasonable commute of this base.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Extensive HR project management experience within large, complex organisations
- A proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent HR projects
- Experience managing stakeholders across international regions and time zones (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong change management and influencing skills
- Previous experience working within a US-owned organisation (ESSENTIAL)
- The ability to operate at senior leadership level and work closely with an HR Director
- Engineering, energy or manufacturing sector experience would be advantageous, although candidates from other sectors will also be considered.
