This role sits within a high-impact program focused on modernising admissions through AI. Your new role As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering a new enterprise admissions service. Acting as the Product Owner for the data components of the project, you will manage the product backlog, define technical specifications, and support the delivery of AI-driven solutions. You'll work closely with the Technical Lead and Program Manager to translate business needs into robust technical outcomes, ensuring seamless integration between core systems and clean, validated data flows. What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong background in enterprise system integration and AI/ML implementations (agentic AI solutions, Chatbots or similar
• Familiarity with data pipelines, API integration, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
• Experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments is desirable.
• Experience with higher education systems (e.g. UAC Connect, Callista) is a plus.
