Senior Project Manager

• Manage a portfolio of projects, leading the implementation of complex enterprise software solutions.
• Oversee all project management activities from end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery into live healthcare environments.
• Conduct risk, resource, and change management, maintaining financial control and managing executive stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate solution teams, including matrix teams and third-party vendors.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and status reports.
• Host internal and external project meetings, ensuring effective communication.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience delivering enterprise clinical/healthcare software solutions to the NHS from a vendor perspective.
• Demonstrated experience with clinical/healthcare applications like EPR/OCRR software.
• Prince2 Practitioner level qualification is essential.
• Strong matrix people leadership skills, both internal and external.
• Expertise in project control, planning, documentation, and financial management.
• Exceptional client, stakeholder, and contractual management abilities.
