THE ROLE

This is a varied role supporting customer service, operations and administration across the

business. You'll be responsible for helping keep things organised, ensuring customers receive a great experience, supporting operational processes and helping the wider team run efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and getting things

done.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Managing customer support emails and queries

• Supporting day-to-day operations and logistics

• Creating orders and coordinating with suppliers and fulfilment partners

• General administration and reporting

• Processing invoices and supporting finance administration

• Maintaining accurate records and business systems

• Supporting the wider team with operational and administrative tasks

• Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and detail-oriented• Proactive and reliable

• Comfortable working independently

• Strong communicator

• Good with systems, spreadsheets and administration

• Able to manage multiple priorities

Experience in e-commerce, customer support, subscriptions or operations is a bonus but not

essential.

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

• Remote (work from home anywhere in the UK)

• Part Time: 20 hours per week. Exact days to be agreed. Additional hours may be

available

• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
