About the Company
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager - BESS utility scale to join our global Energy Storage team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing key international markets, driving new business growth, and supporting full project lifecycle execution including quotation, order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Support sales strategy execution and ensure alignment with regional sales targets and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including customer engagement, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, order execution, delivery coordination, and payment collection
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term strategic customers, and build sustainable client relationships
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, risks, and entry strategies in assigned regions
- Develop tailored customer solutions and cooperation models based on market conditions and customer needs
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, project, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business negotiations when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Electrical, Energy, or related technical disciplines
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in energy storage, battery, power electronics, or renewable energy industries
- Proven track record in new customer development and key account management
- Strong understanding of international markets and experience working with overseas clients is highly preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English, capable of professional business communication with global customers
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High resilience under pressure with a strong results-driven mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented attitude with strong alignment to corporate values and cross-functional collaboration
Required Skills
Strong experience in B2B technical sales, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Experience in energy storage, battery, or related energy industries, and familiarity with international markets.
