This is a fully flexible, 100% remote, self-employed contractor role — work on your own terms, from anywhere in the UK!
Location Requirement
Applicants must be physically located in the UK to be considered for this role.
Familiarity with the UK market and the ability to connect with UK-based clients is essential.

Main Aim & Focus
Your primary responsibility will be to acquire clients with large-volume laundry needs — such as hotels, guesthouses, serviced apartments, gyms, care homes, and other businesses with regular linen requirements.
You’ll target, negotiate, and secure long-term contracts to build recurring, sustainable revenue for H&M Laundrette.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach high-volume prospects
- Present, negotiate, and close contracts with an emphasis on long-term agreements
- Use digital outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and CRM tools for lead generation and management
- Offer clients bespoke contract options, including volume discounts and service packages
- Promote H&M Laundrette’s services, tailoring solutions to large clients’ needs
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and upselling
- Contribute your entrepreneurial mindset and ideas to help us scale
RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Must be physically based in the UK
- Must be able to work independently as a self-employed contractor
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and AI tools
- Comfortable with cold calling and digital outreach
- High-level English speaking and writing skills
Desirable
- Experience in the hospitality or commercial services sector
- Additional languages for international client outreach
- Advanced HubSpot experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Proven record securing long-term, high-value contracts
Compensation
This is a self-employed, commission-only contractor position.
- Earn 10% commission on all new contracts
