What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist the scheduling team in maintaining and developing construction project schedules using Primavera P6 Software
• Generate periodic reports on productivity, labor, and forecasting to support project management
• Coordinate weekly schedule updates to support construction management efforts
• Work with project teams to identify key construction activities and create resource-loaded schedules
• Participate in the maintenance of periodic status reports to keep management and customers informed on project metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of experience with Primavera P6, project scheduling, or construction project management
• Solid working knowledge of Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents

• Experience in general project management principles, including risk analysis and quality assurance
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
• Capable of defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions
