Would you like to use your expertise to help people be the best they can be at work? We are looking for a Senior Coach to join our coaching team, helping us to make a real impact in supporting the development of modern leaders in some of the best organisations across Australia.

Our approach to coaching is different. We only work with accredited coaches, who have significant coaching and Human Resources (HR) experience. This unique experience in HR that our coaches hold, enables them to not only develop modern leadership capability, but to work as a trusted partner with leaders to help them navigate complex people matters.

What we are looking for

This is a flexible, part-time casual role for a Senior Coach at Humanify HR Consulting. Our Senior Coaches work within a framework that enables them to apply their significant expertise in coaching and HR to create maximum value for our clients. With many of our coaching engagements being remote, you can carry out this role from anywhere in Australia (provided you have a great internet connection!).

We are looking for a Senior Coach who can confidently deliver tailored coaching sessions to clients, facilitate leadership development programs, deliver 360 feedback, conduct assessments, and work alongside leaders to help them develop solutions to complex people matters. This is a role for a person with significant coaching and HR expertise, who can work confidently in a remote environment to deliver results that help our clients excel as leaders in the modern workplace.

What you need to be a Senior Coach

• Significant experience in Human Resources (HR), ideally in a senior HR role responsible for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Senior level experience in Coaching, Modern Leadership, Mentoring, and Consulting.
• Experience facilitating leadership development programs for complex organisations.
• Experience with performance and assessment feedback, including 360 tools.
• Accreditation as a Life Styles Inventory (LSI) Practitioner with Human Synergistics.
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely.
• Accreditation as an ICF Coach or IECL Level Coach.
• Certification or Membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) is desired, yet not essential.
