We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Director of Operations to own and optimize the engine behind our e-commerce business. The Role
The Director of Operations will oversee all operational functions of our e-commerce business — from supply chain and fulfillment to inventory planning, systems optimization, and cross-functional execution. You’ll work closely with the founder, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and scalability.
This role is ideal for someone who blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and understands the unique pace of a DTC consumer brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Operational Strategy
• Own day-to-day operational performance of the online business
• Build scalable processes to support rapid revenue growth
• Drive operational KPIs including fulfillment speed, inventory turns, margin, and customer satisfaction
• Lead forecasting and demand planning in partnership with marketing and finance
Supply Chain & Inventory
• Manage 3PL and fulfillment partners
• Oversee inventory planning, purchasing, and replenishment
• Reduce stockouts and excess inventory
• Negotiate with vendors and manufacturers to improve cost structure
Systems & Process Optimization
• Optimize Shopify (or comparable platform) backend operations
• Improve workflows across order management, returns, CX, and reporting
• Evaluate and implement new tools or automation to increase efficiency
• Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting across systems
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with marketing on launches, promotions, and product drops
• Work with product team on production timelines and logistics
• Collaborate with finance on budgeting, COGS, and margin analysis
• Build and lead an operations team as we scale

Qualifications
• 7+ years of operations experience, ideally within a DTC or e-commerce consumer brand
• Proven experience managing 3PL, supply chain, and inventory forecasting
• Strong Shopify (or equivalent platform) operational expertise
• Experience scaling brands in the $5M–$50M revenue range preferred
• Data-driven mindset with strong financial acumen
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in apparel, intimates, or fashion strongly preferred
