Design Lead (freelance/part-time, remote)

Set the new visual standard for our global brand.

We’re hiring a Design Lead to elevate our designs and power the creative output of our global marketing team. You’ll extend our core brand identity into new, visually striking experiences across every channel (web, social, sales materials, print, and more). This role blends high-quality production with creative exploration — producing polished assets while pushing new layouts, styles and treatments.

What You’ll Do

• Set a new quality standard for design, polish, and visual consistency across all assets.
• Expand and interpret our brand identity, exploring new concepts, layouts, and creative treatments that push the brand forward.
• Produce high-quality digital and print assets at speed — web modules, blog graphics, social content, decks, sales collateral, and more.
• Translate ideas, briefs, and recurring needs into clean, repeatable, globally usable design systems.
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to turn strategic direction into standout creative execution.
• Keep brand files, templates, and assets organised for scalable global production.
• Experiment with modern design approaches, trends, and techniques to keep the brand fresh.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience .
• Mastery of your preferred design tools ie. Adobe suite, Figma & Canva.
• A portfolio demonstrating not just clean execution, but creative exploration and original visual thinking.
• A love of execution: detail, systems, naming, templates, versioning, speed.
• Strong communication; able to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Bonus: Motion or video editing.
