We're looking for a high-energy Senior Project Manager who takes ownership from day one. You'll lead complex IAM projects for our clients from start to finish, handle difficult conversations with confidence, and think commercially about every project you run.
Location: UK | Working Model: Remote, with occasional travel to London | Language: Fluent English
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead delivery and your clients
• Run projects end to end, with detailed plans and clear governance
• Be the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and escalations
• Give your project teams clear direction and keep momentum
• Spot risks and issues early and act before they grow
Own the commercials and shape how we deliver
• Own each project budget: setup, forecasting, actuals and variances
• Spot scope changes early, raise change requests and protect margin
• Use Kantata as the single source of truth, and AI tools to work smarter
• Help shape consistent delivery standards across the Group
You won't be working alone – you'll bring together technical consultants, subject matter experts and internal teams to deliver.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream projects in professional services or technology, ideally IAM or security
• Strong client-facing experience, including difficult conversations with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on financial management: budgets, forecasting, change requests and margin
• Experience with a PSA tool (Kantata desirable) and an interest in using AI to work better
• UK-based, and able to travel to London from time to time when the business needs it
