About the Role:

One of our client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Work closely with IT/development teams to design and implement solutions.
• Develop workflow charts, process maps, and diagrams to enhance business efficiency.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).
• Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or similar.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Industry certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
• Experience in [industry name – e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.].
