Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth within our Instrumentation division, covering the Northern region of the country.

This is a remote-first role with occasional office visits for training and team collaboration.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, while identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Strategically manage your territory and product portfolio in line with company growth objectives
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support, aligned with company standards
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and industry events
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support and other departments
• Stay ahead of regional sales trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with leadership
• Present products and solutions to clients, consultants, and decision-makers
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• €40,000 – €55,000 (based on experience)

📅 Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (full-time)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
• Minimum 1 years’ experience with process instrumentation products
• Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
• Experience working with both public and private sector clients
• Full valid driver’s licence (required)
