What you'll bring:

• Design Systems Expertise: You have a passion for creating and maintaining design systems that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. You thrive on establishing rules, guidelines, and components that can be reused across various projects. Your expertise in this area allows you to balance visual design with functionality, creating systems that not only look great but are also easy to implement by developers.
• Figma Proficiency: You are highly knowledgeable about Figma and stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices within the tool. You leverage Figma’s capabilities to build and manage complex design systems, from creating shared libraries of components to collaborating seamlessly with team members.
• Brand Guide Interpretation: Given a brand guide, you can effectively translate it into cohesive digital experiences. You excel at turning abstract branding concepts into tangible, beautiful designs that align with the brand's identity, ensuring consistency across all digital assets.
• Web Technologies: While your core expertise is in digital design, your basic knowledge of HTML improves your ability to collaborate with developers or even prototype and design with the end-product in mind. This allows you to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also feasible from a development standpoint.
• Leadership & Collaboration: You are confident in leading workshops, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting your designs to both internal teams and clients. Your leadership skills extend to managing the design process and guiding projects, from initial brainstorming to final delivery. You facilitate productive discussions, gather input, and adjust designs based on feedback while keeping the project aligned with the overall vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Maintain Design Systems: Develop reusable UI components, documentation, and guidelines for scalable digital solutions.
• Figma Mastery: Stay current on Figma updates and leverage it to collaborate and manage complex design workflows.
• Brand Transformation: Take a brand guide and translate it into engaging, user-cantered digital designs that align with the brand identity.
• Web Integration Skills: Collaborate with developers, utilizing VEV, HTML, or other web technologies to ensure design feasibility.
• Lead Workshops & Meetings: Conduct workshops to align teams on design goals, lead meetings with clients and stakeholders, and take charge of projects from concept to execution.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Leadership and mentorship qualities, capable of guiding junior designers and providing constructive feedback
• You bridge the gap between beautiful, functional design and technical feasibility while leading teams and projects with confidence.

Others:

• 4-5 years of experience in UI design
• Fluent in English language skills (speaking and writing)
