Lead Program Manager, Operational Transformation (Remote - US)

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and AI-enabled transformation across the organization. You will partner with leaders and teams across departments to identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and embed data-informed practices into daily operations. This role combines program management expertise, operational insight, and change management skills to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for defining roadmaps, setting success metrics, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position that impacts the overall productivity, culture, and innovation of the organization. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, innovation, and meaningful results. Accountabilities:

• Lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with a focus on AI adoption and operational improvement
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap of initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify inefficiencies and design initiatives that enhance speed, quality, and scalability
• Plan and execute training and communication programs to drive adoption of new tools and processes
• Support operational governance and ensure initiatives comply with ethical, data, and compliance standards
• Track progress, measure efficiency gains, and report insights to leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including 5+ years leading operational or technology transformation programs
• Strong expertise in program planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment across complex organizations
• Experience in SaaS operations, data analytics, AI, and automation technologies
• Ability to dive into technical details while maintaining a strategic view of program status
• Proven influence across teams and excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Zapier/Make/Glean/N8N, Retool, Intercom, PlanHat, or similar
• Experience defining KPIs, managing change, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prosci; experience in SaaS/B2B tech transformation; familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or AI/ML frameworks
