Senior Analyst- Project Manager (Remote - US)

In this role, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of complex projects that drive strategic initiatives within a global logistics and distribution organization. You will take full ownership of multi-disciplinary, multi-site programs, ensuring delivery of critical business benefits on time and within scope. The role involves coordinating across teams, implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring adherence to governance and change management frameworks. You will have the opportunity to influence process improvements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and mentor junior project managers. This position offers a dynamic environment where operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement are central to driving measurable impact. Accountabilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-site and multi-disciplinary projects to achieve strategic objectives
• Monitor project performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to program goals and governance frameworks
• Establish success criteria, controls, and project infrastructure, including risk management and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Engage with stakeholders to define innovative solutions, ensure compliance, and drive effective decision-making
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance performance and capability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or project management; 7+ years preferred for leading medium to large-scale projects
• Proven track record managing all aspects of medium/large projects in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated problem-solving expertise using lean six sigma or similar methodologies and experience in team-based environments
• Ability to travel up to 25% within North America and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Prior experience leading multiple projects or project managers and exposure to medical device manufacturing is a plus
• Change Management Certification (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent) is desirable
