As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in defining and evolving a modern, cohesive brand identity across multiple touchpoints and channels. Your work will directly influence how the brand is perceived across global markets, from digital campaigns to offline activations. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams in an asynchronous, fast-moving environment. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of impactful creative projects from concept to execution. You will also contribute to mentoring peers and elevating overall design quality and consistency. It is a highly creative, autonomous role for someone passionate about brand storytelling and visual excellence. Accountabilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end brand design projects, from concept development through final execution across multiple channels.
- Create high-quality visual assets including landing pages, digital campaigns, social media content, email designs, presentation decks, and sales materials.
- Develop and evolve brand systems to ensure consistency, clarity, and modern visual expression across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
- Design and adapt visual assets for multiple formats, including digital ads, social media, web platforms, and offline materials.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the brand by shaping visual identity, storytelling, and design standards.
- Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of feedback, growth, and design excellence.
- Continuously refine design processes and outputs, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and high creative standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, ideally within innovative or high-growth global companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern aesthetics, innovative thinking, and strong typographic skills.
- Deep understanding of brand systems and ability to maintain consistency across diverse design outputs.
- Experience working in creative or marketing environments, agency experience is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to independently manage projects from idea generation through execution and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring, feedback, and team development.
- Strong awareness of digital media platforms and how design performs across social channels.
- AI and automation fluency, with openness to integrating modern tools into creative workflows.
