You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals
- Lead and mentor the IT Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
- Conduct direct sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping to identify top-tier candidates globally
- Oversee candidate experience and ensure a smooth, professional recruitment journey
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, supporting broader organizational talent strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in an international hiring environment
- Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles, with expertise in sourcing and headhunting techniques
- Experience or familiarity with hiring in AI, ML, or NLP domains is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders
- Fluency in Russian (native or near-native) and strong English proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fully remote environment
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive and disciplined approach to work
