• An AI-enabled tool that makes sustainability decision-making smarter and faster.
• A science-based platform in the emerging field of nature tech and commodification, embedding climate and equity frameworks into business strategy.

We are now hiring two Sustainability Strategy Managers to form the core of Kaleidoscope’s delivery team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sustainability Strategy Manager who can combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking. You’ll own client engagements, lead research into emerging frameworks, and guide clients through the complexity of sustainability regulation and strategy.

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring juniors and shaping Kaleidoscope’s research playbooks as we scale. Over time, this role offers pathways into leading a technical team, business development, or product build (AI-enabled and science-based platforms).

What You’ll Do

• Lead client projects, from research to delivery of recommendations.
• Translate technical sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, IFRS, CSRD, TCFD, SDGs) into actionable business strategies.
• Build financial/sustainability models and scenario analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity.
• Mentor and review work of associates/analysts.
• Represent Kaleidoscope in forums, panels, and thought leadership pieces.

Who You Are

• 5–7+ years’ experience in sustainability consulting, strategy, or corporate ESG roles.
• Deep knowledge of global frameworks (GRI, SASB, IFRS, CSRD, plus awareness of ISSB/SEC/TCFD).
• Excellent Excel/data modelling and presentation skills.
• Confident communicator with executive-level stakeholders.
• A technical expert who loves detail, research, and translating complexity into clarity.
