We are looking for an Amazing: Project managerSeniority: SeniorType of position: Remote ONLY in Portugal.The amazing you, will have:

• +5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing banking or financial services projects.
• Strong experience with risk management and project governance.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Resident in Portugal (mandatory).
• Availability to start within a maximum period of 1 month (mandatory).
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Nice to Have

• Technical background in software development, infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar.
• Experience with digital transformation, payments, compliance, or core banking projects.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms, APIs, or microservices architecture is considered a plus.
