Role Description

This full-time remote role is for a Finance Manager based in France. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets, managing financial forecasts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They will provide key financial insights, manage financial reporting, analyze performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making. The role requires collaboration with various teams to optimize financial processes and align with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting standards
  • Strong proficiency in financial management systems, spreadsheets, and analytical tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within team environments and communicate with stakeholders
  • Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of local financial regulations
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate industries is a strong advantage
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA will be a plus
