We are looking for a result-oriented, well-connected Marketing & Business Development Professional to help us expand our footprint in the United States hardware market.

Your primary responsibility will be to market KIE’s hardware products, build channel partnerships, generate qualified leads, and establish KIE as a trusted brand within the U.S. architecture and construction ecosystem.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote KIE’s architectural hardware in the U.S.

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with:

• Hardware importers & distributors

• Wholesalers and retailers

• Builders, contractors, and developers

• OEMs, fabricators, and system manufacturers

• Conduct market research to identify new segments, trends, and pricing strategies.

• Represent KIE in online meetings, exhibitions, or trade events (where applicable).

• Create marketing content, presentations, and outreach campaigns tailored to U.S. clients.

• Generate weekly reports on outreach, leads, conversions, and market insights.

• Coordinate with the India-based team for samples, product catalogs, pricing, and shipments.

🛠️ What We’re Looking Fo

r • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the hardware, building materials, or construction industry

. • Strong understanding of the U.S. architectural hardware market (preferred)

. • Established network with distributors, wholesalers, or construction professionals (a plus)

. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

. • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
