Leading tech company is seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator to support a range of legal operations and administrative functions. This role serves as a key operations and program support specialist contributing to the execution of team initiatives, vendor management, legal talent onboarding, and CLE programming. The spans across multiple operational domains, ensuring seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external legal service providers.
This junior role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, or project coordination, particularly within a corporate legal department or law firm.

Location: Remote
Hours: 40 Hours / Week
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $40 - $60 / hr ($80,000 - $120,000 annualized)

Job description:
- Support legal operations processes including vendor onboarding, management and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external law firms.
- Tracking contract timelines, initiate extensions; maintain internal SharePoint resources such as the organization home site, which centralizes tools and documentation for the team.
- Assist in drafting of SOWs and amendments, processing documents for signature and filing.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SharePoint content for legal operations tools and processes.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and note-taking.
- Event and program coordination - provide logistical and operational support for major legal events, including CLE presentations.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
In-House Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in legal operations, administration, or project coordination, particularly within a corporate legal department or law firm.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certificate or legal studies background a plus
Other Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
